Abstract
This paper analyzes the present situation and difficulties of agricultural mechanization specialty, and the reform measures are carried out from the aspects of innovation education mode, reform teaching system, construction of practical training base, strengthening teachers team construction and innovation evaluation and incentive mechanism.
