According to the shortcomings of traditional detection system of slow speed and low efficiency, demonstrated the feasibility based on the computer vision of empty beer bottle detection image acquisition technology, and discussed the methods of image acquisition technology to achieve, discussed the basic technical route of system, established the system framework, and analyzed the main problems need to be solved in the research. To overcome the disadvantages of manual detection and improve the efficiency of empty bottle detection, it plays a great role.
