Abstract

［Objective］ To establish a method for rapid detection of 59 kinds of drugs illegally added in alcoholic products by high performance liquid chromatography -triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.［Methods］ After ultrasonic extraction of methanol -water (volume ratio 5∶5),the samples are determined by high performance liquid chromatography -triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.［Results］ The 59 tested drugs show a good linear relationship in the corresponding mass concentration range,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.992.The limits of quantitation are 0.1 and 0.2 mg/kg respectively.Under three addition levels,the average recoveries of 59 drugs range from 86.7% to 119.9%,and the relative standard deviation of precision and repeatability for the method is below 13.7% (n=6).［Conclusion］ The method,boasting simplicity,good repeatability,high efficiency,and accuracy,is suitable for the detection of illegal additives including aphrodisiac,anti -fatigue,antipyretic,analgesic,sedative,and diuretic drugs in alcoholic products.
