Abstract
The effects of fish brain phospholipids on lipid levels in mice were measured. ICR mice were chosen as experimental animals, which were randomly divided into five groups, normal control group fed the basal diet, the rest of the groups fed with high fat diet. The results showed that the fish brain phospholipids can significantly reduce serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels. The results showed that the fish brain phospholipids have hypolipidemic effect.
